3．具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；
4．有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；
5．参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；
6．法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。
7.本项目不接受联合体投标。
四、报名及获取询价文件的时间：
11月29日8:00至12月1日17：00(北京时间)在华中师范大学招标信息（http://zb.ccnu.edu.cn/）上进行供应商注册，登录后进行项目报名。请在招标办的网站上下载《投标报名申请表》填好后盖公章，在获取询价文件时与法人授权委托书一起交给招标办或将相关材料的扫描件发至招标办邮箱（zhaobiao@mail.ccnu.edu.cn）。
五、资格审查：
资格后审。
六、询价时间及地点：
询价响应文件递交截止时间及询价时间：2017年12月5日14：30(北京时间)整；逾期送达或者未送达指定地点的响应文件，采购人不予受理。
地点：华中师范大学行政楼附楼开标一室（201会议室）。
